クロストレーナーで有酸素運動しながら爆笑レッドカーペット見ると、笑いすぎてかなり呼吸困難になる。

今夜は３時間たっぷりあるらしんですが、運動は１時間ほどで止めます…マジきつい。(^^;

I'm watching the comedy show, Bakushou Red Carpet, while doing aerobic exercises (elliptical), but it's hard to breathe because I'm laughing my butt off.

It's a 3 hour special tonight, but I think I'll stop exercising after an hour... it's really rough. (^^;
