家探し。

今週から本格的に家探しをします。今回は基地内の家ではなく、外に住みたいと思います。場所、最低面積、インターネット接続状況など、絶対外せない条件は幾つかありますが、その他は柔軟に対応します。(^_^)

ただ、複数の不動産屋の良さげな物件が幾つかあったんで、各案内人に条件を述べて、ひたすら物件を見に行きます。希望どおりの家があればいいけど、なかったら細かい比較合戦にになるかもしれません。さーて、どうなることやら。(^^;

House hunting.
I'll start house hunting this week. Instead of living on base, I'd like to live off-base this time. There are a few things that a house must have, such as good location, minimum square footage, internet connectivity and such, but I'm pretty flexible with the rest of the items. (^_^)

But since there were a number of housing agencies that seemed to have the type of home I was looking for, I guess I'll have to explain to each agent my preferences and check out all the potential houses. I hope I can find a place that meets all my requirements, but if not, I'll have to make pretty detailed comparisons. We'll see. (^^;
