海兵隊のピストル射撃検定
先日の書き込みにピストルのお話をしましたが、海兵隊のピストル射撃検定について補足します。ピストル射撃検定を毎年しなければならないのは、将校と２曹以上です。私は3曹で除隊したので、ピストル検定をしたことがありません。もしやってたら、先日お話したような悲惨な結果になってたかもしれません。(T_T)
装備： M9ベレッタ9mmピストル、円形射的（黒い目玉の形）
- 25ヤード(約23m)： 単発射撃、10分の間に自分のペースで1発ずつ撃つ、計15発
- 7ヤード(約6m)： 反射射撃、下向き45度に持ち(ホルスターに収めず)、3秒以内に1発、計5発
- 7ヤード(約6m)： 反射射撃、下向き45度に持ち(ホルスターに収めず)、5秒以内に2発、計8発
- 15ヤード(約14m)： 連続射撃・弾倉換え、20秒の間に最初の弾倉から3発と弾倉を換えてあと3発、計12発
合計40発、400万点。345点以上は特級、330〜344点は中級、290〜329点は初級、289点以下は不合格。因みに、ライフル射撃も同じく特級・中級・初級レベルを使用します（弾と点数は異なりますが。）言っておきますが、私が除隊した2004年による情報ですので、それ以降の変更は分かりませんので、あしからず。
Marine Pistol Qualifications
The other day, I talked about my experience with a pistol, so today, I wanted to cover USMC pistol qualifications. Once a year, officers and staff NCOs (Staff Sergeants and above) need to qualify with their pistols. I separated as a Sergeant, so I never had to qual with a pistol. Which was good, because if I had, I may have ended up with really horrible results like I mentioned in my previous post. (T_T)
Equipment: M9 Beretta 9mm pistol, round targets (looks like a black-pupiled eyeball)
- 25 yds: slow fire, one shot each at own pace within 10 minutes, 15 rounds total
- 7 yds: quick reaction drills, pistol down at 45 degrees (unholstered), 1 shot within 3 secs, 5 rounds total
- 7 yds: quick reaction drills, pistol down at 45 degrees (unholstered), 2 shot within 5 secs, 8 rounds total
- 15 yds: magazine change/sustained fire, 3 shots from first mag and 3 shots from second mag all within 20 secs, 12 rounds total
40 rounds total and 400 possible points. Expert: 345 and above, Sharpshooter: 330-344, Marksman: 290-329, Disqualified: 289 and below. Rifle quals use the same expert-sharpshooter-marksman levels (the total rounds and scores are different, though.) Please note that the info above is based of my knowledge as of 2004, right before I separated, so I wouldn't be aware of any changes in scoring standards since then. Sorry.
