理不尽な変化。

今週から職場に復帰したんですが、予想外の人事異動（私ではなく、同僚・先輩など）と部内改変に驚きを隠せません。(@_@)

要は、一人三役を一生懸命こなした人は降格され、入ったばかりの新人さんが昇進したり、そろそろ転勤すると思ってた誰からも嫌われてる人が任期延長がアッサリ許可されたり…理論上、理不尽でありえない大変貌ぶりです！私の休暇中に事務所では一体何が起きたんだろう？？意味が分からないっス。(*_*)

う〜ん、これからの思わしくない状況を考えると、私もそろそろ転勤・転職した方が良いのかな…？今以上に大変になるかもね。(^^;
Outrageous changes.
I returned to work this week, but couldn't hide my shock to the surprising personnel transfers (not me, but co-workers and sempais) and work force changes. (@_@)

Basically, one of the guys who worked his butt off doing 3 jobs' worth of labor was demoted, and the newbie who just got hired was promoted, plus a guy hated by most folks and was about to leave was somehow able to extend his term without a hitch... it was the most outrageously illogical and unbelievable changes ever! What the heck happened while I was gone on vacation?? I'm totally lost on this one. (*_*)

Hmm, considering how things won't get any better in the near future, maybe it's time for me to transfer or look for a new job...? Things are just going to get tougher, I guess. (^^;
