士気低迷。

昨日の続きですが、降格された同僚の士気は案の定、低迷しています。先月まではバリバリでやる気満々の人が、上の誤った判断のせいで、ここまで投げやりになるとは…悲し過ぎる。同僚がそろそろ仕事辞めてしまってもおかしくない状況です。(>_<)

こっちまでやる気が失せつつあるのも怖い。毎朝、私が職場に着くまで、テンションを上げるのに一苦労する今日この頃。(T_T)
Lack of motivation.
This is continued from yesterday, but it's pretty obvious that my co-worker, who was shafted, totally lost all motivation. Seeing the drastic change from being so quick on his feet and so motivated to the sluggish "who gives a rat's ass" attitude is... too depressing. It won't be too much of a surprise if he quits any time soon. (>_<)

Even I'm starting to lose moto, and it scares me. Every morning, I fervently struggle to raise my motivation by the time I arrive at work. (T_T)
