軍曹喫茶でシゴかれたラノベ作家！？
先日の軍曹喫茶イベントで、私と先輩がハードコースに入隊した何人もの犠牲者、いや、新兵（客）を海兵隊ブートキャンプ風にシゴきましたが、実はその中にラノベ作家さんも参加していたらしい…
それはなんと、集英社スーパーダッシュ文庫に幾つかの作品を執筆しているアサウラ先生だったんです！
先生のブログ「アサウラの生存観察室」に、軍曹喫茶のことを細かく丁寧に説明しています（リンクはこちらとこちら。）…たしかに、我々は走り回って怒鳴るわ、放送禁止用語を含むあだ名をつけるわ、キツイ運動をさせて放置プレイするわ、ずっと飲食させないわの繰り返しでしたね。でもなんだかんだ言って、楽しめて頂けて良かったです。(^_^)
あ、「バニラ」は百合作品なんですね。（エリカさん、せっかくですからレビューしてみませんか？女の子が銃を持ってますよ。^^）今月の翻訳プロジェクトが終えたらさっそくアサウラ作品を読みたいと思います。あ、でもリサーチのために、アライブ最終進化的少年、ファウスト、いぬかみっ！などのマンガやラノベを30冊以上も読まなきゃならないけと…ま、いっか。アサウラ作品を先に読みます。決定！

The light novel writer, Asaura-sensei, who wrote several books for Shueisha Super Dash Bunko, was there!
In the sensei’s blog “Asaura's Survival Observation Room”, the Sergeant Cafe events were described so carefully and in such detail (Japanese links are here and here.) …I admit, we did all that running and yelling, giving people very un-PC nicknames, having them do hard exercises even while we left the area, and not letting them eat or drink for a long time. But despite those rants, I'm glad they enjoyed all of it. (^_^)
Asaura-sensei's novels are：

- Vanilla - A Sweet Flower
- Ben-to - Saba no Misoni 290en (Ben-to - Mackerel Boiled in Miso 290 Yen)
Oh, "Vanilla" is yuri. (Erica, how about doing a review? It has girls with guns. ^^) Once I finish my translation projects this month, I will read Asaura-sensei's books. Oh wait, I have to read over 30 books for research (Alive: The Final Evolution, Faust, Inukami!, etc.) for my next projects, but… whatever. I will read “Ben-to”and other Asaura books next. Confirmed!
