浅間山噴火。

今朝出勤する際、車の窓が白い物に覆われて、てっきり氷かと思いきや、実は浅間山の灰だったなんて… (^^;

運転中、清掃車が灰を掃除していたが、道が見えないほど一面白い煙が立ち上がり、減速して慎重に進んだ。事務所に着いてから、目と鼻がちょっと違和感を感じたけど、花粉症や催涙ガスに比べれたら大したことなかったんで、気にしなかった。(^_^)

Mt. Asama eruption.
This morning when I headed to work, my car was covered in white, so I thought it was ice, but I sure didn't expect it to be ashes from the Mt. Asama eruption... (^^;

While I was driving, a cleaning truck was brushing the ash on the roads, creating a big cloud of white dust to obscure the road, so I reduced my speed and proceeded carefully. At the office, I felt some graininess in my eyes and nose, but it was nothing compared to hay fever or tear gas, so I ignored it. (^_^)
