キャラホビ2010、2日目。

ass-busting military...

トークショーは相変わらずのカオスで、あっという間に30分が過ぎた。毎度不思議な気持ちのまま終わった気がした。(^^;

徳永さんに昨日のほふく前進訓練を話したところ、「私もやりたい!」と意外な一言。なので、イベント後、ハンビー周辺の撮影現場で、海兵隊の装備をしていた軍曹喫茶の卒業生一名を確保し、もう一度ほふく前進の訓練を開始。まずは私がヘルメットを踏んでましたが、途中から徳永さんにチェンジ。徳永さんは最初戸惑っていましたが、徐々に喜びに変わった気がした。実はSなのかな?(^^;

何はともあれ、今年のキャラホビも無事終了しました。いやー、楽しかった!(^_^)

…「ほふく前進君」、お疲れ様でした!来年もよろしく。(^^;

Chara Hobby 2010, Day 2.
Chara Hobby 2010, day 2. Today's Maritan event consisted of the US Army's rifle drill training and talk show with Tokunaga Ai-san, Kaneda Tomoko-san, and US Army Japan Public Affairs Officer. (^_^)

I interpreted and corrected the participants' posture and rifle handling during the rifle drill portion. Since it was an Army-led training, I tried not to step on their toes and such, but I was able to reconfirm the difference in standards between the Army and the Marines. And it made me glad that I joined the Marines. I just want to clarify that I'm not knocking anything. I just felt that USMC best fit me, that's all. (>_<)

The talk show was the normal chaos and 30 minutes went by like a breeze. It ended in a state of confusion as usual. (^^;

I talked about yesterday's crawling training to Tokunaga-san, who came back with a surprising comment, "I wanna do it, too." And so, after the event, during the photo session near the hummer, I captured one of the Sergeant Cafe survivors in a Marine getup and began the crawling training. I started off by stepping on his helmet as he crawled, then Tokunaga-san took my place. At first, she hesitated, but after a while, she seemed to be enjoying it a little too much. Maybe she's a bit sadistic? (^^;

That said, this year's Chara Hobby ended without incident. It was a hoot! (^_^)

...Awesome job, "Low-crawl dude"! Look forward to seeing you again next year. (^^;
