zap!

orz

パートタイムでマンガ・ラノベ翻訳をしてるので、もともと作品数が少ないから、やむなく履歴書から3作品を外すのは結構キツイかな。ま、これから数をこなせばいつかは立派な履歴になると思いますが。(^^;

では、これからも少しずつですが、翻訳を続けます。(-_-;

Strawberry Panic!: Girls' School in Full Bloom

Strawberry Panic!: Girls' School in Full Bloom

A minor depression...
The other day, I received StoPani novel 2 that I translated, but I noticed a different name for the translator. Doom. orz

Actually, it's the third time this happened to me. The first time, A Company just made an honest mistake, the second time, B Company used the agency's company name instead of mine, and for this title, the translators changed midway during the series, so C Company left the previous translator's name in the credits. The publishing company staff are human after all, so they'll make errors like this occasionally, so I'm not really angry at them. But if a different translator's name is in the book, it's hard to claim that "I translated it", and even if I claim credit for it on my resume, people will probably think I'm lying or being a fraud, so it's hard to write it down.

I translate mangas and light novels on a part-time basis, without too many titles to my name, so it's pretty rough to have to remove three titles from my records. I guess if I continue to crank out more titles, my portfolio will eventually be robust. (^^;

Therefore, although I go at a snail's pace, I'll continue to translate. (-_-;
